Create two parallel courses: a technical one (with the ball) and a motor one (without the ball) with final precision shot. Course A: a starting marker, followed by three-four poles to create a slalom (keep a 1.5 yard distance between them), a cone 11 yards away from the last pole. Course B: a starting marker, followed by five low hurdles placed at a half-a-yard distance, then a rectangle of markers (5x3 yards, passing zone) and 11 yards from it, three cones placed as shown in the picture. Players divide into two lines behind the courses. At the end of the first series swap players' positions.
- At the coach's signal, the first players start their course
- Player A, with the ball, performs a slalom through the poles and runs towards the cone
- At the cone, A changes direction towards course B and passes the ball to player B who is almost inside the passing zone
- Player B, while A runs toward the cone, starts the course and runs to the passing zone to receive the pass
- Player A, after passing the ball, calls a color
- Player B has to perform a precision shot to hit the cone of the color that has been called
- At the end of the action, players recover the ball and go back in line
- The player calls the color of the cones while passing the ball
- Give 1 point each time a player hits the right cone
- Give 1 point to the player who passed the ball inside the passing zone
- Perform the gait over the hurdles quickly
- Instead of hurdles, use hoops
- Perform the course with the ball using only one foot
- Players can pass the ball inside the passing zone even using their hands or with a high ball
- Pay attention to coordination and motor technique on the courses
