Using cones, form a pentagon with sides of 8-10 meters. The cones are marked with letters from A to E. Four players go next to four cones; one cone is free (C in the picture). Only one player starts with the ball (E). The other balls will be used in the last three series. The player with the ball has to have a teammate on the right and one on the left.
- First three series:
- Player with the ball (E) passes it to B and moves on the free cone C
- B receives the ball, passes it to D and moves on the free cone E and so on... The player with the ball cannot pass it to the teammates on their left or right
- Last three series:
- Use four balls: all players have one. Use one colored ball (different from the others)
- The player with the red ball (D) starts passing it to the most distant player (A) and moving on the free cone B
- A quickly passes their own ball to the teammate D on their running line
- A controls the red ball
- A goes on passing the ball to the most distant player C and moves on the free cone D
- C, before receiving the red ball, passe their own ball to A who is running to the free cone, and so on
- Pass the ball using control and pass
- Who passes the ball has to move quickly to the free cone
- Pass the ball to the most distant player
- Vary how players receive the ball (inside of the foot, outside of the foot, sole)
- Pass the ball alternating feet
- Change distances between players
- Use a smaller or bigger ball
- Pay attention to receiving technical gesture
- Pay attention to intensity and precision of passes
- Encourage communication between players
- Increase speed gradually
