Create a rectangle of 60x40 yards placing a pole on each corner. Near each corner of the playing area place a marker as in the picture. In the center of the playing area place four markers to form a diamond. Place two players near both starting markers and one player on each of the markers on the area (as shown in the picture).
- The player on the starting marker passes the ball to a player on the diamond (1)
- The player on the diamond passes the ball to one of the teammates in the middle, who then passes to another one on a different corner of the diamond (see the picture, 2-3-4)
- Then the ball gets passed to the corner of the rectangle on the same side as the starting pass
- Last player runs with the ball back to the starting marker (5)
- The same sequence starts from the other starting marker (route b)
- The player in the middle passes back to same player who is coming in from the side to play a longer pass to the next player
- Finish on goal instead of making the final pass
- Open up to receive the ball
- Ball control when receiving
- Use the inside foot to control and inside foot or instep foot to pass the ball
- Speed of play should be high
- Take care of communication
