Game: Numbered squares corner
- Sufficient markers to outline the field

- Playing area: several squares about 7x7 meters sized
- Players: the whole team (16 players in the figure)
- Duration: 12 minutes
- Series: 4 series of 2 minutes with 1 minute of passive recovery

Create a sufficient number of squares about 7x7 meters sized to involve all players. Enumerate each corner of the squares using the markers (from 1 to 4 as shown in the figure). Divide the Team into small equal groups and arrange them inside the squares. Each player with a ball.
- On coach starting signal, each player starts carrying the ball inside the square
- When coach calls a number from 1 to 4, all players have to carry the ball quickly towards the corresponding corner (the coach alls number 3 in the figure)
- One point for the group that reaches first the called corner
- The most points group wins
- Perform the game without the ball
- Each player bounces the ball using hands instead of feet
- Keep the supporting foot close to the ball during ball carrying
- Keep the body and the chest slightly forward to cover the ball
- Maintain the ball close to the foot
- Facilitate a successful development of the exercise by allowing young players to use the favorite foot
- Enlarge the square sizess for higher classes
