Create with markers a playing rectangle. Arrange the players freely in the area. Place two big cones inside the rectangle. The players are divided into two teams of four members each (red against white in the picture). Keep a good supply of balls outside the perimeter of the playing area.
- The two teams must try to hit with the ball, with a precision pass, the cones placed in the field while maintaining possession of the ball
- The players of the team that does not have the ball (red team in the picture) must win possession by closing all passing lines on the cones to prevent the opponents (white team in the picture) from hitting them
- The players of the team in possession of the ball (white) must make quick changes of zone, with precise and fast passes, trying to clear passing lines that allow them to hit the cones with precision shots
- For each cone knocked down, 1 point is awarded
- Upon reaching eight consecutive passes without an opponent's interception, 1 point is awarded
- Limit the number of touches (e.g., three max)
- To make the game easier and more fun for younger players, place three or more cones in the field
- Support and back up the player with the ball
- Occupy the field in width in ball possession and staggering trying to clear as many passing lines as possible
- Build attacks with patience and intelligence by training peripheral vision, zone clearing and teammate cooperation
- Accurate and quick passes between teammates
- Quick transitions: quick adaptation once the ball is lost or recovered
