Create a playing space of 40x30 yards with four cones. Inside the field form four squares with different coloured markers as in the picture. The space between the four squares is called 'long multicolour'. Form two teams. One ball per player.
- Players perform dribbling inside the zones indicated by the coach (e.g. small red, long multicolor, small blue, outside squares...)
- Assign specific spaces to each team
- Use colors instead of shapes to improve perception
- Improve players' perception
- Close control of the ball
- Pay attention to coordination and agility
