- The players, moving along the straight line, must pass the ball through the pairs of markers
- The pass is valid only if it is a one-touch pass and goes through the correct sequence of markers
- Having arrived at one of the ends of the straight line, the player receiving the last pass must shoot at the target
- The exercise is performed again starting from the end where there has just been the shot
- Form three, four game areas to make the drill a timed competition: the team that hits the most targets wins
- Force players to use a single foot to perform the exercise
- Take care of the technical aspect of the pass
- Care for body posture during running and passing
- Stimulate players to understand that after the pass they must move immediately into space to receive the return pass
- The pass is always preferred to be low to the ground
