In a 20x20 meters playing area place the players in couples, one player facing the other, as shown in the picture. Each couple is 20 meters away from another one. Give a ball to a player (A in the picture).
- A passes the ball to B
- B passes it back to A
- A passes the ball to D with a high pass
- D stops the ball and passes it to C
- C passes it back to D
- D passes the ball to A with a high pass
At the end of each series swap players' positions.
- Increase or reduce the distance between players
- Only first intention passes
- Attention to the distance and direction of the support foot from the ball during the passes
- Players should close the gesture with the leg movement that follows the ball
- The ankle should stay stiff
