- To the coach's signal the 4 players pass the ball between them
- The objective of the 4 players is to find the appropriate moment to hit the cone from inside the square (See picture)
- The defender has to defend the cones that are inside the square of 3x3 meters, trying to intercept passes and shots
- The defender can only be close and outside the inner square
- The defender cannot go to far away from the inner square to try to put press the player that has the ball
- Each of the cones that get hit are worth 1 point
- At the end of each series players swap positions
- The winning team will be the one that has lost the least points during the all of the series
- Add a second ball
- Maximum 3 touches for the 4 players when they have the ball
- Adapt the space based on the age and the team skills
- The defender has to predict the passing lane in order to intercept the ball
- Advise the 4 players to pass the ball between them as fast as possible, liberating that way the passing lane useful to hit the markers
- Exercise-game widely used in warm-up for youth teams
- With this exercise players intuit the importance of a good ball possession, with which to liberate spaces to pass and shoot the ball
