Create with markers a playing field of 25x15 meters/27x16 yards. Along the two short sides of the field place two goals in the center. The goalkeepers defend the two goals. Again with markers divide the field into three horizontal zones of equal size as in the picture. The first zone, the one where the goal defended by one's goalkeeper is positioned, is zone 1 (low zone), the middle one is called zone 2, the zone where the goal with the opposing goalkeeper is positioned is called zone 3 (attack zone). In the central strip, at the two ends, along the line of throw-in, in a central position, form two starting gates (pairs of orange cones in the picture). The two rows of players position themselves near the two starting gates (as in the picture the reds at the top while the whites at the bottom). One team will start with balls (red attackers in the picture), the other team without balls (white defenders in the picture).
- The red attacker passes the ball to a goalkeeper of their choice and goes to zone 1 to receive the return pass from the goalkeeper. The player will quickly drive the ball into the central zone, zone 2, where they will play a 1 v 1 with the white defender who has meanwhile entered the field occupying the central zone
- If the attacker (red) manages to get past the direct opponent and enters zone 3 (attacking zone) they play a 1 v 1 with the goalkeeper trying to score a goal without the defender being able to intervene to help the goalkeeper
- If the defender (white) recovers the ball, goes to score a goal on the goal defended by the opponent's goalkeeper, and they too if they manage to enter zone 3 (opponent's attacking zone) will play a 1 against Goalkeeper without the red attacker being able to counter it
- At the end of the action the players change roles and starting positions
- Once the return ball is received from the goalkeeper, the attacker can no longer rely on the goalkeeper again, but play exclusively 1 v 1 in the central area against the opposing defender (initiate the 1v1 duel)
- The attacker will have to exchange the ball twice with the goalkeeper before being able to try to score. During passes with the goalkeeper the player can be counterattacked by the defender who then exerts high pressure without waiting for the attacker in the central area
- Stimulate the attacker to receive the return pass from the goalkeeper with an open posture thus having the best view on the field
- Encourage the attacker to use dribbling, imagination and resourcefulness in the 1 v 1 duel
- Incite the attacker playing the 1 v goalkeeper to seek accuracy and not power in the shot
- Stimulate the defender to correct positioning
- Incite the defender to a quick change of attitude when recovering the ball, so as to effectively exploit the transition phase
