The area to be used for the exercise is the entire regulatory half of the field. Place the four starting markers as shown in the picture. Place two mannequins at the edge of the penalty area to simulate two defenders. Players in pairs start alongside the four markers and the two mannequins (as in the picture). Ball to the players along the end line.
- Exercise development:
- Player A passes the ball to player B
- B passes back to player A who is moving toward A1
- A performs a long pass for teammate C who is moving to C1
- C passes to player B who is moving to B1
- B performs a flank play for player C moving to C2
- C passes to D who is losing their marker moving to D1
- D performs a one-touch for teammate B that is moving centrally to B2
- B attempts on goal
- Proper players rotation after the action:
- A replaces C
- C replaces D
- B moves at the back of the E line
- D replaces A
Perform the exercise in the same way on the opposite side
- Always receive passes on the move
- The exercise allows you to work on oriented control, the technical gesture of the flank and the shot on goal
- Execute movements with the right timing (do not anticipate the teammate's pass)
- Dose right strength in passes to facilitate the next teammate's play
- Rotation of positions must be dynamic
