Create a 40x40 meters pitch using yellow markers. On the four verteces of the pitch use different markers (blue and red in the picture) to create four diagonal zones as shown in the picture. Inside the pitch place four red players and four white ones. Two goalkeepers defend the goals.
- 4 vs 4 ball possession with the aim to shoot at goal
- The diagonal zones are build-up zones (red for the red team, blue for the white team)
- These zones must be occupied by one player every time that team's goalkeeper has the ball
- The player inside these zones who receives the ball has only a few seconds to pass it to a teammate
- The teammates inside the pitch should move around the ball quickly with in-depth and approaching movements
- At the end of the series the team that scored more goals wins
- Diagonal zones must be occupied by a player every time the goalkeeper has the ball
- The player who receives the ball inside the zone has a maximum of 3 seconds to pass it
- Player who loses the marker inside a diagonal zone cannot be attacked by the opponents inside that zone
- Players can be attacked even inside diagonal zones
- Players should play wide
- Attention to running technique and body posture when players receive the ball from the goalkeeper
- Goalkeepers should be active during the build-up
- Teammates of the player with the ball should move around to avoid opponents
