Create three squares of 4x4 meters using markers. Place one player inside each square. Give a ball to one of the external players.
- External players have to pass the ball with quick low shots avoiding that the central player intercept it
- If the central player intercept it, they attack the player who lost the ball trying to take the ball beyond the lateral side of the square
- If the central player exits the square they swap role with the player that made the mistake
- Free ball touches
- Perform the drill with 3 ball touches max
- Perform the drill with 2 ball touches max
- Pay attention to how passes are performed and how the ball is controlled
- When players have 2 ball touches max, pay attention to ball control
- Right timing to play and then recover
