Create a playing area of 30x25 meters using markers. On both long sides of the field place two small goals per side, at a distance of 15 meters one from the other. Between these goals create a 1-meter gate with markers (yellow in the picture). Two players (one per team) go next to these gates, the defender with the ball, the attacker without it. Other two players go on the short sides of the rectangle and play as external flank players. Other players wait for their turn outside the pitch.
- The action starts with the white defender that passes the ball to the red attacker and goes immediately to put pressure on them to recover the ball
- Red attacker, before being able to shoot at one of the goals, has to pass the ball to at least one flank player
- If the defender recovers the ball, they immediately try to shoot at the goal on the opposite side of where they started
- The defender has to defend the two small goals on the side where they started and try to conquer the ball to shoot at the opposite goals
- The attacker has to shoot at the goals in front of them and defend the goals on the side where they started
- At the end of the action swap two internal players with flank players
- Each player has to play the role of attacker, defender and flank player
- Before finishing, the attacker has to pass the ball to both flank players
- Flank player who receives the ball enters the field and swaps position with the attacker
- Pay attention to defender's positioning and body posture
- Encourage attacker's fantasy, dribbling and feints
- Encourage flank players to move to receive the ball
- Defender has to watch not only the ball, but also attacker's movements and has to be placed between the opponent and the goal
