- Playing area: 30x40 or 40x50 yards
- Players: 12 + 2 goal keepers

Organization
Arrange, with markers, a court 30 x 40 yards. Place 2 regolatory goals in the middle of the short sides. On the 4 corners af the playing area, with cones, arrange 4 small goals, each 2,5 yards wide. Players to be divided into 2 teams, each made of 6 players, one team in white, one in red. Game starts with the ball in the hands of one of the goalkeepers, who plays it for one of his team mates: he will start attacking the opposite goal
Rules
- The teams will try and score one goal, whether in the regolatory goal or in one of the two small goals aside
- Goals in the regolatory goal can only be scored with a header or with a volée, while goals in the small goals can be scored in all possible ways
In our first example a possible play development closed with a header in the regolatory goal by the white team
Variations
- Restriction of the ball touches
- Each team must pass the ball a (predetermined) number of times before scoring a goal
Coaching Points
- Encourage attacking players to finalize towards the goal as quick as they can
- The initial numerical superiority of the attacking team simplifies a quick finalization towards the goal
- Defenders must mark the ball-holder and should cover their mate in situations of temporary numerical inferiority
- Take care of the reaction to negative transition: once the ball is lost, the nearest player (to the ball) will press his opponent, while his team mates get closer
- Pay attention to distance between players
- Never be on the same line, garantee the needed balance also at the end of a combination
- Always guarantee at least two options to the ball holder, support and back-pass
- The ball-holder, once he passes the ball, must move and get available and useful again
