Divide a 33x11-yard playing area into three zones using markers. The two outer zones (end zones) measure 5x11 meters. On both sides of 11 yards create two end zones (as in the picture). Inside the central zone play a 3 v 3.
- The game includes spatial limitation for the non-possession phase and complete freedom of movement for the possession phase
- The defending team can only defend within the central space, while the team during possession of the ball can attack the depth with the correct timing and "score goals" by running with the ball in the two end zones
- During possession of the ball, it is very important to create possession triangles with the ball always going to the player on the low vertex
- Do not be on the same line (be staggered)
- Always guarantee two options to the teammate in possession of the ball
- Promptness and coordination of movements without the ball with those of the ball
- The player in possession of the ball, once they make pass, must move and make themselves useful again
- Prefer forward passes
- Standing still must correspond to a precise tactical choice
