Organization

Create a rectangle of 30×20 meters/33×22 yards. Divide the players into two teams of 4 players plus three neutral players. Two players of the blue team are positioned on the outside of both long sides of the pitch, the black players start inside the rectangle and finally the neutral players (fuchsia players) each lined up on the outside of a short side of the rectangle, and the third one inside the rectangle. The game starts with the ball to a player from the blue team.

Description

One of the two teams of four players (black in the picture) starts inside the playing area with the aim of intercepting the ball and gaining possession of the ball
The other team of four players (light blue in the picture) starts in possession of the ball with two players on each long side
The neutral players (fuchsia in the picture) are lined up along the center of the field, with one player in the center of the playing area and two on the short sides
The outside players (blue) plus the three neutral players must keep the ball without losing it
The outside players can move freely along their side
The inside neutral player can move freely throughout the inside playing area supporting the play
The defenders (black) must try to close down spaces as quickly as possible

Rules

In each 10-minute session the last three minutes are dedicated to perform quick passes, in which the team in possession must try to make 30 passes within 3 minutes
