Create a 20x25-meter pitch using markers. Divide the team into two groups. Players spread across the field. Use two balls at the same time.
- Warm-up takes place as follows:
- 1 minute of passes with hands. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of aerial passes with the inside of the foot. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of aerial passes with instep. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of passes with rebound kicks. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of low shots with two ball touches (control and pass). White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of first intention low shots. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
- 1 minute of headers lifting the ball on their own. White players pass the ball to red players and viceversa
Players without the ball keep moving inside the pitch performing motor exercises.
