Use 4 poles to create 2 adjacent regulatory goals 5 meters away from each other (as in the figure). Place a cone at a distance of 20 meters from both goals. The six players are divided into 2 groups of 3 and positioned beside their respective cones. Each player has a ball. The two goalkeepers get in position before their own goal.
- The first players of both groups kick the ball with the laces to the chest at keeper in front of them
- The goalkeepers collect the ball and return to the player on their right (or left)
- The two players control the ball and carry it to the opposite group
- The successive two players start as soon as the preceding teammates get the ball back from the goalkeepers.
The exercise is repeated all over again for the whole duration of the series
In the first series the goalkeepers return the ball on their right, in the second series on their left.
- Keep the ball at the ground
- Players kick ball with the foot-top
- The goalkeepers return the ball with their hands
