Create a 25x25 meters square with markers. Inside of it create two identical, opposite circuits. Place materials as shown in the picture: two small goals on opposite sides, at the center of the square place two stakes 5 meters apart; then create two circuits on the left of each goal, each one has: a starting marker, four small hurdles about 40 cm apart, two central markers (at a 15 meter distance from each other and at a 5 meter distance from the baselines), an end marker. Divide players into two equal groups, each group goes to one of the circuits. A and B start with a ball each (they are on the same side of the field).
Description
- At the coach's signal, player A goes over the hurdles with a double ball touch, while player B dribbles up to the first marker
- Then B passes the ball to player C who is next to te first stake
- C, after ball control, turns and passes to A
- A then passes to D, who is next to the second stake
- D, after ball control, passes to B who is approaching
- B performs a cross towards the goal
- A shoots at goal
- At the end of the action, A and B go behind players E and F
- The new round starts with players E and F with the help of C and D
- At the end of each series, central players swap position with other two players

Rules
- The hurdles should be overtaken with different techniques: one touch, two touches, three touches per space (running sideways or not)
Variations
- Perform the circuits with one or two ball touches
- When shooting at goal, it's better to follow three steps: first, stop and shoot the ball; second, aerial finishing; third, header
Coaching Points
- This drill trains both technical (dribbling, pass, aerial finishing) and coordination skills
- There are a few tactical elements in this drill: support passes, in-depth passes
- Pay attention to coordination skills, movements should be regular and fluid
- Central players should not receive the balls standing still
