- At the coach's signal, player A passes the ball to B that is faking to lose the marker with a long-short counter movement (movement 1)
- Player B, once received the ball, with one touch passes it back to A that is now supporting inside the triangle (movement 2)
- Player A closes one-two movement passing back to B (movement 3)
- B, controlling the ball, creates the same sequence with player C
- Player C, after one-two movement with B, drives the ball towards the starting point and the drill starts again
- Players always take over from the teammate whom they pass the ball (they follow the exercise rotation)
- After each series change the drill's rotation direction: the first series is clockwise, the second anti-clockwise and so on
- Perform this drill with two ball touches maximum, with high intensity transmissions and good timing
- Increase the triangle's dimension
- With more player per triangle (e.g. 6) work with two balls at the same time
- Encourage players to perform the drill with high rythm and intensity and passing the ball quickly
- Look after the right timing of the movements
- This drill can be used as a warm-up for First team and U18 teams, while it can be used during training session for U17 and U15
