Place the mannequins and the starting cone as shown in the picture. Next to the mannequin in the center is player B, while next to the other mannequin and the starting cone the players are placed in pairs. Ball to player A.
Drill Execution:
- A passes the ball to B
- B returns the ball to A
- A passes the ball on the forward sprint into the space of C
- C passes the ball to D
- D performs a bank for B who has moved to support by going around the mannequin
- D, with a movement behind the mannequin, receives the return lateral pass of teammate B (one-two)
- D passes the ball toward E who comes to receive in front of the mannequin
- E passes toward F waiting at the starting cone
- F starts the exercise again
Correct rotation of players:
- A goes in place of B after passing to teammate C
- B goes in place of C after finishing the combination with D
- C goes in place of D
- D goes in place of E
- E goes in place of A in line waiting for their turn to start
Reverse the starting direction after each series.
