Place 2 cones leaving 3 meters between them and in front of them place another cone at about 20 meters. Sideways to the cone at a distance of 20 meters, place 2 cones and leave 3 meters between them. In front of the last pair of cones mentioned place a marker at about 40 meters. The 3 players go close to the 3 stations created with the cones (See picture). Player A starts the game, give him a ball.
- Player A dribbling in speed towards B
- A passes the ball to B
- B does an oriented control and passes the ball to the movement of A1, closing that way the triangulation
- Player A passes the ball to C, while B goes to B1
- C does an oriented control and dribbling in speed toward C1, turning around on the marker, while A gets closer to the central cone on A2.
- The exercise is repeated during the whole series
- Passes must be executed with the inner part of the foot
- Impose on the players that they have to dribbling with just a single part of the foot (Inner or outer)
- Impose on the players that they have to dribbling with their weak foot
- Passes must be executed with the instep
- Keep a high rhythm during the whole exercise, activating that way the aerobic component
- The foot must be slightly relaxed, to be able to amortize the impact of the ball and execute a better oriented control
- Remind players that the movement with the body, after the oriented control must be done to protect the ball from a possible opponent
- During the pass, the player must close the skill after hitting the ball accompanying its track with the movement of the leg
