Place 4 cones to form a 20x20 meters square. Place a 5x5 meters square using the poles at the centre of the 20x20 meters square, setting the vertex in line with the larger square. Place a player B, C, D and E at each cone. Place player A at the center of the square. Give a ball to players B, C and D.
- Player A starts from the square and moves to receive the ball from B
- A performs an oriented control and moves through the small square carrying the ball
- Player A passes the ball to player E
- A moves to receive the ball from C
- C passes the ball to A
- A performs an oriented control and moves through the small square carrying the ball
- A passes the ball to B
- A moves to receive the pass from D
- The exercise continues during the whole series
- After each series change the player from inside the central square
- Enlarge the sizes of both squares
- Encourage players to keep a high rythm
- The objective of the exercise is to cleare the passing line for the teammate by moving sideways in order to receive the ball
- The players movement after the oriented control must be performed in a way that can fool the rival
-
The foot that receives the ball must be slightly relaxed, with the possibility of cushioning the impact of the ball for a better oriented control
-
The player during the exercise, must complete the passing gesture following the trajectory with the movement of the leg after hitting the ball
-
Keep the ankle rigid hitting the ball, focusing on the point of impact
