Create a playing area of 30x35 meters using markers. Divide the area into four zones: two 15x15 meters squares and two 20x15 meters rectangles as shown in the picture. On the opposite short side of the one where players start, place two goals, each one in the middle of the rectangles' short sides. Playing area is divided into: left corridor, which includes a square and a rectangle, and right corridor, which includes a square and a rectangle. Players go in both corridors as shown in the picture: four red players with balls go to the starting gates on the squares. One white players goes inside each square and each rectangle. Two lateral players (yellow vest) go outside the long sides of the rectangles. There are two playing areas, one on the left and one on the right. In each corridor there are five players.
- On the coach's signal the first two red attackers start driving the ball, one on the right, the other one on the left
- Both have to confront the first defender inside the square, trying to dribble to enter the rectangle
- When they enter the rectangle they duel with another defender; in this zone they get help from lateral players (2 v 1)
- The red player inside the rectangle has to use hte support of lateral player, and yellow player can choose to give the ball back to them or enter the zone and duel with the defender in a 1 v 1
- If yellow player enters the rectangle, red player exits and plays as flank player
- At the end of the action, each player goes back to their starting point. At the end of each series swap players' positions and roles
- The attacker who loses the ball takes the place of the defender
- In the middle of the drill swap the groups from left to right and viceversa
- Every time a player scores a goal, they gain a point for the team
- The defender who recovers the ball inside the rectangle can use the lateral player to pass the ball to the teammate inside the square. If they do it, defenders score 1 point
- Encourage fantasy, resourcefulness, initiative and dribbling during 1 v 1
- Encourage cooperation, losing the marker and decision-making during numerical superiority
- Pay attention to positioning, body posture and the opponent's attack
