- The first pair of each group sits with legs crossed and the back turned to the teammates
- Between each pair there is a ball
- The coach (or another player) kicks the ball beyond the line
- Players get up quickly and try to reach the ball first
- First player to reach the ball should dribble the opponent and bring the ball back to the starting line
- The timing of the ball kick is random
- If the player with the ball brings it back to the line, they gain 1 point
- If the player with the ball loses it, the action ends
- The player who scores most points wins
- Change how players wait before the kick (lying on their back, lying down...)
