Using cones, create a rectangle of 25x20 meters. Next to the four corners of it form four 2x2-meter squares using markers (these are the end zones). Inside the playing area place two teams of three players each. Keep some balls outside the perimeter of the rectangle.
- Both teams have to drive the ball inside one of two opponents' end zones while trying to avoid the same action defending their own end zones (For example: white team attacks the end zones on the left, while red team attacks the end zones on the right)
- The drill requires a spatial limitation during non possession phase and freedom of movement during the possession phase. The defending team can only defend inside the central space and cannot enter their end zones. The attacking team has freedom of movement and can score a "goal" by driving the ball inside the end zones
- To score a goal, teams have to drive the ball inside one of the opponents' end zones
- Defenders cannot enter their own end zones, they have to try to conquer the ball inside the playing area
- Free number of ball touches
- Offside rule is not valid
- Players can't wait inside the end zones, they can enter them with the ball
- During ball possession, it's important that players form possession triangles with the player that has the ball positioned on the low vertix
- Players shouldn't be lined up on the same line
- Give two pass options to the teammate with the ball
- Once a player passes the ball, they should move quickly and be ready
- Encourage passes forwards and not backwards
- Stand stillonly as a precise tactical choice
- Encourage cooperation between defending players
