Players stand spread-legged in a circle, trying to rest the outside of their right foot on that of the teammate to their right and the outside of their left foot on that of the teammate to their left. Foreheads must face toward the center of the circle during the first set and toward the outside of the circle during the second set. Balls to the coach.
- Players must hit the ball with their hands (joined on the wrists) trying to get the ball under their opponents' legs and in this way eliminating them from the game, until the circle is reduced to a game of two
- The two remaining players win the round and earn one point
- Keep hands together and legs widely apart as much as possible, but do not seek painful tension
- If a player is eliminated, they must carry out a penalty (e.g. ten jumps in place)
- The player who wins the most rounds within the series wins the game
- In the second series, players must stand with their backs turned to the center of the circle
- The coach will always be the one to put the ball back in play when it comes out and will also referee if there are unfair situations
- Play with two or three balls at the same time
- Try to make people maintain a correct position with extended legs
- Focus on the use of the back and upper limbs, blocking the use of the lower limbs
