There are two ways of performing the exercise, as shown in the two pictures.
Type 1: It is done in a confined space (about 30x30 meters/33x33 yards) with eight players arranged as in the picture, in pairs.
Type 2: again with eight players, arranged to cover half the field in full.

Description
- Player 6 starts and performs a pass to teammate 5
- Player 1 anticipates 5, winning the ball
- 1 quickly passes the ball to teammate 3
- 3 passes it to teammate 2
- Pairs of players (1-5, 6-7, 2-8, 3-4) reverse roles with each execution
Rules
- For both types, players on the team that loses possession keep semi-passive behavior to ensure smooth execution of the game
