On the halfline place two markers that will be players' starting point. Near both corners of the penalty area place a marker and a player. 30 meters away from the goal, centally, place a cone. Divide players into two equal groups (A and B) and place them in a row near the starting points. Each player has a ball. The goalkeeper defends the goal.
- To the coach's signal the first player of group A passes the ball to C that's in front of them
- A runs towards the cone and performs a quick change of direction
- C, controlling the ball, passes it to A in A1 position
- A kicks first intention with the left foot
Completed the action, the first player of group B performs the same exercise on the opposite side shooting at goal with the right foot after a pass from D.
After both actions have been completed, players rotate in their positions: A goes to were C was, C recovers the ball and goes behind group B, B goes were D was, D recovers the ball and goes behind group A.
- Player who is finishing should pay attention to the foot on the ground, near the ball
- The kicking foot should impact the center of the ball with instep
- Players should keep their eyes on the ball
- Open arms help with stability
