Create a 15x15 meters/16x16 yards square with markers. Place soccer mannequins in pairs in the middle of the square. Mannequins will be placed between two markers, at a distance of 3 meters/yards between each other. A pair of players stands next to each marker (A-B-C-D). Four players work with the mannequins on the left, the other four work with the mannequins on the right. Use one ball.
- To the coach's signal, player A passes the ball to player B, then dashes to the mannequins
- B, moving closer to the ball, passes the ball back to A with a wall pass, then goes outside the mannequin area
- A passes to B (3) and sprints to the previous position of B
- B receives the ball externally to the mannequins, then passes diagonally to D on the opposite course and goes back to A's starting position
- D-C pair repeats the same sequence (5-6-7)
- At the end of the action C passes the ball to the first player on A row to start over the exercise
- Two ball touches at most
- At the end of the first series passes are reversed. The course will start from B
- Gradually increase passes speed once players learn the sequence
- Only one ball touch allowed
- Passes:
- Pay attention to the distance and the direction of the foot that touches the ball
- Player, when passing the ball, should follow through with the leg
- The ankle must be stiff when the foot hits the ball, paying attention to where the foot impacts the ball
- Ball control:
- Players should control the ball with inside and outside touches after deciding the best direction to continue the action
- Player's movements, when controlling the ball, should trick the opponent
- The foot must be a little relaxed to cushion the impact with the ball
- The body should protect the ball from the opponent
