Within one half of the field place two markers near both lateral areas to create lanes. One marker goes at the height of the penalty area border line and the second at the height of the center circle (as in the picture). Arrange a starting cone inside the midfield semicircle where you will place the players, each with a ball, who will start the game action. Divide the players into pairs (a white attacker and a red defender) and arrange them on both lateral zones (as in the picture).
- At the coach's start signal, an attacker inside the side lane begins a series of counter-movements to evade the marking of the direct opponent. The attacker may decide to attack the depth by losing the marker towards the goal or to go towards the teammate in possession of the ball
- The player with the ball (server), upon detecting the attacker's intentions, must pass the ball to them correctly on their unmarking movement (in the picture, the attacker lowers to receive)
- If the attacker succeeds in receiving the ball, a 2 v 1 situation is initiated, the attacker and the server against the defender
- The two players, working together, must try to get past the defender and finalize on goal
- The offside rule applies
- Alternate a play on the left side of the field with one on the right side, thus allowing proper recovery time for players
- Who's attacking:
- Spread out the attacking front as much as possible
- Do not be on the same line, whether horizontal or vertical, thus ensuring proper staggering in the game build-up
- The one who has the ball must aim at the defender so as to draw them towards him in order to free the teammate from the marker
- Whoever does not have the ball must choose whether to attack the depth or offer support
- Beware of offside
- Use 2-player combinations of play
- Who's defending:
- Place yourself between the opponent, the ball and the center of the goal, shortening the marking distance as the area becomes more dangerous
- Do not be drawn to the ball
- Raise the offside line as much as possible
- Shield the possible collaboration between the two attackers and reduce the situation to a 1v1
- Interpret the ball carrier's intentions
