Divide players into three equal groups. Place one pole, one hoop and one low hurdle about 15 meters away from the goal, spaced 3 meters apart. Every group of players stay near their equipment, each player with a ball. Behind each piece of equipment place a cone about 5 meters back. The goalkeeper defends the goal.
- The exercise begins with the coach calling two of the three pieces of equipment (in the example: pole and hoop)
- The players linked to the called equipment sprint and go around the cone behind them
- The first player called acts as the attacker (red), and the second one as the defender (green)
- After going around the cone, the attacker retrieves the ball placed beside their equipment and aims for the goal. The defender tries to contrast the attacker's action, a 1v1 situation is created
- When the action is over with either a conclusion by the attacker or ball recovery by the defender, the two players swap their starting positions and go in row waiting for their turn
- The first player called is the defender, the second player is the striker
- The first player called doesn't move, the second is the striker, and the third not called is the defender
- Focus on the technical gestures
- Maintain competitiveness
- Maximum speed to create a shooting chance trying different dribbling solutions
- Exercise to stimulate concentration and focusing
